News | Pelléas et Mélisande

In collaboration with Marina Abramovich, Damien Jalet and Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Iris van Herpen created all the costumes for the singers and dancers of the opera 'Pelléas et Mélisande' by Claude Debussy. Their vision was to bring the unspoken tensions and complex relationships to the surface, that give the characters in Pelléas et Mélisande their power.
